        In summary: Vezpa uses only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the platform. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. A consent banner is not required because the cookies used are exempt under art. 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) Guidelines of 10/06/2021.

2. Legal framework

EU: GDPR and ePrivacy Directive on storage of and access to information on the user's device
Italy: Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on cookies and national implementation
Germany (where applicable): DSGVO and consent obligation for non-essential cookies under the TDDDG (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz)

Vezpa uses exclusively the cookies listed below, all strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the platform (art. 122.1 of Legislative Decree 196/2003):

Vezpa does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, retargeting cookies, advertising cookies or other profiling tools. Any future introduction of non-essential cookies will be preceded by the implementation of a compliant CMP banner.

You may also delete or block cookies from your browser settings (note: some features may not work correctly).

5. Third-party cookies

The only third party that may install cookies is Stripe, exclusively on the platform's payment pages, for anti-fraud purposes. Stripe notice: stripe.com/cookie-settings.
