United States: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by CPRA, and other applicable state privacy laws, require notice about tracking technologies and honor opt-outs from "sale" or "sharing" (not applicable here, as Vezpa does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
EU (applicable when processing data of EEA visitors): GDPR and ePrivacy Directive for storage of and access to information on the user's device
Italy: guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on cookies and national implementation
Germany (where applicable): DSGVO and consent obligation for non-essential cookies under the TDDDG (Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz)

Vezpa uses only the cookies listed below, all strictly necessary for the operation of the website and platform:

Vezpa does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, retargeting cookies, advertising cookies, or other profiling tools. Any future introduction of non-necessary cookies will be preceded by the implementation of a compliant CMP banner.

4. How to Manage Cookies

You can manage preferences via the cookie banner/settings, where available.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (note: some features may not work correctly).
California residents: since Vezpa does not "sell" or "share" personal information under CCPA/CPRA, no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required; you may still exercise your rights as described in the California Privacy Rights page.

5. Third-Party Cookies

The only third party that may install cookies is Stripe, exclusively on the platform's payment pages, for anti-fraud purposes. Stripe's notice: stripe.com/cookie-settings.

6. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated due to technological or regulatory changes. The last update date is indicated at the top of the document.
