No, there are no setup fees. Configuration is entirely self-service: you register, set up your property from the app and you're operational in minutes.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. The difference is calculated proportionally.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no contractual obligations. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
What happens if I exceed my plan's room limit?
We'll let you know and you can move to the next plan. For properties with more than 25 rooms, contact us for a custom quote.
Are there commissions on bookings?
No. You only pay the fixed monthly fee. OTA commissions are handled directly by them — we take nothing.
Is GST/HST included in the prices shown?
Prices shown are before tax. GST/HST (5-15% depending on your province) will be added at checkout. Your subscription receipt will include a full tax breakdown.
